Nome Schoolhouse & Dakota Fiber Mill
The existing schoolhouse in Nome was constructed in 1916. In 2021 the schoolhouse was converted to an events center, store and boutique hotel. The renovated facility was expanded to approximately 28,000 ft2.

GEOptimize Inc was retained by Ottertail Power Company to develop the energy modelling, ground heat exchanger (GHX) optimization strategy, and design review for the proposed 100,000–120,000 ft² Perham High School.
